PU leather is made from tanned cowhide that has been treated with polyurethane ("PU") to provide the best protection and strength. This layer gives the surface the smooth and glossy look. Polyuethan is a plastic material, and therefore the finished product has a uniform structure, which makes it both practical and durable. It is easy to clean and maintain.
